Deadline to order Cap and Gown is November 1, 2008. You may pick up your Cap and Gown for December Graduation from December 10-December 13.

December 2008 Commencement Information

The deadline to order Cap and Gown for December 2008 Commencement is November 1, 2008. Cap and Gown Orders may be placed online at Herff Jones

Late orders will be taken December 10-December 13. A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for ALL late orders.

The Cap and Gown Rental Fee is
NOT REFUNDABLE after NOVEMBER 1, 2008.

Helpful Online Ordering Information

Orders are fulfilled based on in store availability.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Please be aware that it can take 1-3 business days to process your order regardless of shipping method selected.

During the holidays and at the beginning of every semester it can take up to 5 days to process orders. If you absolutely have to have an item sent 2nd Day or Next Day please contact the bookstore at (618) 536-3321 to inquire about the availability of the product.

All information about your order is communicated to you via email. We are not responsible for bounced emails or spam filters deleting order information.

All efollett orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from University Bookstore, located in the Student Center at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and fulfilled.

For in-store pickup, go to the customer service counter located at University Bookstore in the SIUC Student Center. Bring your student or state I.D. with you for verification.
